At the Early Childhood Center, our mission is to foster the development of the whole child by providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment. The Kansas State Department of Education announced on Monday that Spring Valley Elementary first grade teacher Denise Acosta and Junction City High School audio and video teacher Easton Lager were both named 2024-25 Kansas Horizon Award honorees.

With the winter weather in the area overnight, USD 475 will remain closed on Friday, Jan. 10. All activities have been canceled.
