We would like to give a shout out to our Little Jay Leaders for the month of February. These students have done an amazing job following our Little Jay Guidelines for Success: I care for myself. I care for my friends. I care for my school. Congratulations to Avyanna Gaither, Salem Morgan, Rhett Eigel, Brogan Hiesterman, Adelyn Canton, Ember Ayers, Wyatt Case, and Romina Corrales Montelongo.
At the Early Childhood Center, these SLPs carry nearly 50 years of combined experience in the field. They work with little ones overcome speech and communication challenges. But here’s the surprise: did you know these experts are also qualified to tackle a broader spectrum? Beyond articulation, language, and fluency, they seamlessly extend their expertise to areas such as cognitive function, social language, AAC, swallowing, voice, and hearing. While they work wonders with our Little Jays, their skills and care extend far beyond the realm of speech!
As you walk down the hallways at the Early Childhood Center you'll see fun and educational activities everywhere! Some teachers use our unit themes as inspiration for their projects, while others use the letter of the week.
